Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and organized individual to join our team as a Canine Coach/Rover. This role involves cross-training as both a Canine Coach and Rover, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest standards of satisfaction for our customers.
About the RoleThe Canine Coach/Rover is responsible for leading the playroom, creating a safe and fun environment for our canine guests. This includes setting high standards for customer satisfaction, maintaining a clean and safe facility, and promoting a positive and dynamic team culture.
Responsibilities- Lead the playroom and create a safe and fun environment for canine guests
- Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and facility cleanliness
- Cross-train as both a Canine Coach and Rover
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive team culture
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work cohesively in a fast-paced environment
- Must love dogs

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as profit-sharing quarterly bonuses and additional certification programs available for advancement.
