The ideal candidate will possess robust research and writing capabilities, along with a minimum of two (2) to ten (10) years of experience in defending professional liability claims, including but not limited to Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers.

Admission to the California Bar is mandatory.

Lewis Brisbois' Professional Liability Practice comprises attorneys from various offices nationwide.

We represent a diverse clientele, including:

accountants, architects & engineers, attorneys, bankers, computer and media professionals (cyber law), financial planners, healthcare providers, insurance brokers and agents, educational institutions, municipalities, property appraisers and inspectors, real estate appraisers, brokers and agents, and securities brokers (FINRA).


While experience in professional liability law is preferred, we are also eager to engage with talented attorneys who bring exceptional skills from any litigation background.
