Are you passionate about contributing to a nurturing environment for children? Heather's Day Care, LLC is looking for a motivated Administrative Support Specialist who possesses a strong organizational aptitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Position Overview:

  • Assist the Administrator with a variety of responsibilities focused on the well-being of children.
  • Efficiently coordinate schedules, enhance staff morale, ensure compliance, and manage daily operations.
  • Foster positive relationships with families and undertake various tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • A genuine desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Previous experience is advantageous but not essential.

The selected candidate will be expected to manage childcare-related duties, including the physical handling of children and other essential responsibilities. This is a full-time role throughout the year, operating on weekdays between 6am and 6pm.
