Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Driver Crew Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of site-level tasks on our client sites. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Execution: Direct the work of 2-5 crew members and ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards set by BrightView and our clients.
  • Crew Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations, delegate work to crew members, and provide feedback to the Production Manager.
  • Customer Service: Surface customer problems or concerns and report back to the Production Manager. Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
  • Maintenance and Equipment: Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed, and equipment is in good working order. Perform maintenance on equipment, including unloading, washing, changing blades and oil, cleaning air filters, and greasing machines.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Must be able to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.
  • BrightView Equipment Certifications: Required for this position.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a landscape-related field, with demonstrated leadership skills among teams and peers.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual skills are a plus.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
