Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Production Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components at a required production rate, following standard operating procedures, and engaging in environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and efficiency in production.
- Assemble components at the required production rate, meeting or exceeding production schedules and line quotas.
- Perform regular visual inspections to detect any defects or errors.
- Participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement and compliance with FDA and ISO 9000 quality requirements.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, making decisions based on production schedules and line quotas.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of SOPs and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
