Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembly Technician to contribute to our manufacturing operations. This role encompasses responsibilities such as assembly, wiring, production testing, and software testing to ensure products meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship and possess a high school diploma or GED. A successful background check is mandatory.
- We appreciate a strong safety record, consistent job performance, and reliable attendance. Recent graduates from technical schools are encouraged to apply.
Key Skills:
- Experience with a variety of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic tools.
- Proficiency in electrical preparation and termination techniques, including wire stripping, routing, and terminalizing.
- Experience in assembling low-voltage electrical panels.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly when dealing with electrical equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to operate a forklift (training will be provided).
- All required safety equipment will be supplied.
Additional Information:
- Candidates should be comfortable with wire stripping, as it constitutes a significant portion of the role.
- The ability to discuss schematics or blueprints during the interview process is essential.

Onboarding Process:
