Key Responsibilities

  • Review and follow up on billing/claims reports to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Prepare and send invoices to corporate clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform daily receipting duties to ensure all receipts are properly accounted for.
  • Liaise with external vendors to resolve any discrepancies in patient collections.
  • Conduct regular audit checks on patient collections to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support clinics' needs for various modes of payments and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle email and telephone enquiries related to billing and payments in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum O level and above.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Service-oriented and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
