About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Lutheran Life Villages. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Satisfactory completion of the approved Indiana State Board of Health, 105 Hour Nurse Aide Training Program or equivalent
  • Active and in good standing with the Registry, with certification maintained in accordance with ISDH requirements
  • One year experience in a long-term care facility or healthcare setting preferred
