Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Emergency Projects: Respond to emergency service calls, assign techs within your team, communicate with customers, and document job site conditions in restoration software.
  • Leadership and Communication: Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and work independently while prioritizing tasks.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Obtain work authorization, get customer time sheets signed daily, clock in/out in designated software, fill out necessary paperwork, record job notes, and take photos of job sites.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have knowledge of MS Office, databases, and spreadsheets. You should possess basic accounting principles, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills. A high school diploma is required, with some college preferred. Industry experience is also desirable.
