Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans for residents/patients
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure clinical excellence
  • Provide diet instruction and education for residents/patients, family, and/or caregivers
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional interventions
Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian, licensed and/or certified, as required by the state of employment
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a consulting dietitian preferred
  • Experience working with geriatric populations is a plus
