Job Title: Medication Treatment Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Medication Treatment Nurse to join our team at Eliseo. As a Medication Treatment Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe administration of medications.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents' medication needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of residents' care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient progress.

Requirements:
  • Washington State RN License
  • CPR certification
  • Continuing education in gerontological and/or long-term care nursing preferred
