HSE Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team in Arizona. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, implementing robust health and safety measures, and fostering a safety-centric culture within our organization.

1. Develop and maintain HSE programs and records/documentation.
2. Conduct routine inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
3. Provide mitigation recommendations for workplace hazards.
4. Offer expert advice and training programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
5. Deliver training for enhanced HSE awareness and procedures.
6. Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and develop preventive action plans.
7. Monitor HSE performance metrics.
8. Stay informed and ensure compliance with industry standards.
9. Audit, correct, and document, conducting regular inspections.
10. Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills for evaluation of effectiveness.
11. Participate actively in HSE committees and regulatory engagement.

1. Strong construction background required, emphasizing HSE expertise.
2. Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field.
3. Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, preferably in data center, oil & gas, and construction industries.
4. In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal HSE regulations and a proven track record in developing and implementing HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
5. Excellent communication skills, people management abilities, and proficiency in conducting thorough incident investigations.
