We are currently seeking a dedicated Advanced Trauma Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide essential locum tenens support in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Position DetailsThis role involves working in an inpatient setting where you will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including:
- Performing Procedures: Suturing minor lacerations, responding to trauma alerts in the emergency department, conducting surgical consultations, and managing emergency room admissions.
- Patient Management: Facilitating discharges, participating in house codes as part of the rapid response team, and completing bedside examinations.
- Patient Load: Managing a caseload of approximately 6 to 12 patients daily.
- Credentialing: Expect a credentialing timeframe of 0 to 30 days.
