Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor for Luxury Residential Construction

Sleeping Dog Properties, a renowned design-build company in Boston, seeks a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects in the downtown area and the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage subcontractors, materials, and equipment, adhering to specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections, maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to update project schedules and address constructability issues.
  • Ensure all workmanship meets acceptable quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
  • Experience in managing, training, and developing people.
  • Project experience in out-of-the-ground, renovation, and occupied/unoccupied environments.
  • Unrestricted Supervisors License (CSL), OSHA 30, SDP Safety Certified, and Scaffolding training.
