Winston Support Services is seeking a skilled Budgetary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for preparing and examining accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounting or a related field and fundamental knowledge of GAAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Primary Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Prepare and examine accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standard requirements.
- Budget Management: Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets to identify areas for improvement.
- Financial Compliance: Perform audits to ensure adherence to standard requirements and detect any discrepancies.
- Process Enhancement: Create new processes to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs.
- Performance Reporting: Report analysis and findings to the management team.
- Education: Accounting degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Fundamental knowledge of GAAP, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
