Compensation: $55,000 - $90,000

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory tests across various specialties, including clinical chemistry, hematology, transfusion services, clinical immunology, clinical microbiology, serology, and molecular diagnostics.
- Ensure accurate specimen handling by matching computer orders with labels, sorting specimens, and maintaining quality control protocols.
- Engage in staff training and educational initiatives, while reporting any abnormal patient conditions to the appropriate health authorities.
- Foster a safe laboratory environment by adhering to established safety standards and legal regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and laboratory results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field.
- MLS(ASCP) certification or an equivalent credential.
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in a laboratory setting.
