LPN Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate LPN to join our team at People Incorporated, a human service agency serving the Southcoast community. As a partnership of specialized, integrated programs, we provide unique opportunities to people with life challenges.

The LPN will provide premier services to individuals in our care, including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, and medication distribution. This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.

• Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, and medication distribution.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• De-escalate and manage crisis situations to maintain the safety of others.

• MA state valid LPN/RN License.
• Qualifying criminal background check and valid driver's license.
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and TB update every two years.
