Job Title: Commercial Assembler

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze assembly guidelines from technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
  • Accurately measure and position components to ensure a precise fit.
  • Adjust parts to comply with engineering specifications.
  • Guarantee superior quality and performance in the final products.
  • Keep thorough documentation and conduct regular maintenance on equipment.
  • Promptly report any issues and manage Quality Assurance procedures.
  • Assemble electrical systems and wiring for carts and bicycles.
  • Build shipping containers and manage refrigeration/freezer components.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly with a solid track record.
  • Skilled in interpreting blueprints and utilizing assembly tools.
  • Exceptional manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Background in HVAC, Electrical, or Auto Mechanics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with E-Bikes is an added benefit.
