Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced physicians to join our team as primary care providers and medical leaders. As a primary care physician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to adult and geriatric populations in a metropolitan setting.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to adult and geriatric patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in leadership development programs to advance your career
- Competitive salary: $225,000 base for primary care physicians, $260,000 base for Center Medical Directors, and $275,000 base for Regional Medical Directors
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance
- 401(k) plan with 3% match
- Relocation assistance
- Commencement bonuses available
- CME reimbursement: $3,500 plus 5 days off
- Monday to Friday schedule with admin time included
- Small patient panel size for efficient patient care
- Light triaged telephonic calls only
- No hospital rounding or call duties
- 16 days PTO
- 3 sick days
- 2 floating holidays
