Job Summary
TrueCare, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a highly skilled Physician - Primary Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide comprehensive medical services to our patients, working under the direction of our Lead Physician and in collaboration with our Practice Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient medical history, lifestyle, and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
Requirements
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related field.
- Active and clear California medical license.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.
