Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school district near Bedford, NH. This part-time role involves working with students from kindergarten to 12th grade across two closely situated campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, including assessments and interventions to promote independence and participation in daily activities.
- Conduct evaluations to determine students' therapy needs and develop individualized therapy plans to address those needs.
- Offer consultation services to teachers, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to supporting students' educational and therapeutic goals.
- Implement and monitor individualized therapy plans, including progress monitoring and adjustments as needed.
- Manage Medicaid billing for therapy services provided to students, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services and progress, including student records and billing information.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Previous experience in a school setting, with a focus on delivering direct services, conducting evaluations, and providing consultation.
