Key Responsibilities:
The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver Family Medicine services across our Rural Health Clinics, inpatient hospital settings, and Emergency Department. This role involves serving as a primary care provider for preventive health, assessing new health concerns, managing ongoing care for chronic conditions, and addressing emergencies as necessary. The provider will be responsible for identifying normal versus abnormal health indicators to detect early signs of serious physical, emotional, or mental health issues. The focus will be on achieving positive health outcomes in alignment with state and federal regulations and financial incentives.

Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or an approved Physician Assistant program.
- Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant or a Registered Nurse with Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Preferred experience in managing inpatient care and Emergency Department services.
