Position Overview

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This role is available for candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year or those who possess their Certificate of Clinical Competence. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment that prioritizes your professional growth and equips you with the necessary resources to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate the communication abilities of students referred for services, identifying any speech or language disorders.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and provide informed treatment recommendations tailored to individual student needs.
  • Engage in the development and review of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), contributing essential insights to determine student requirements.
  • Facilitate the appropriate placement of students within the Speech-Language Pathology program, ensuring alignment with IEP objectives.
  • Coordinate scheduling for student sessions and offer consultative support to educators, parents, and administrative staff to integrate educational goals across various settings.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by school administration.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of an active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Maryland, either in Clinical Fellowship Year or with Certificate of Clinical Competence.

Employment Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
