Job Overview:

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. is a staffing agency dedicated to the fields of Early Intervention and Autism services, assisting children with developmental needs from birth to three years of age.

With over 25 years of experience in the pediatric Early Intervention sector, Sunny Days is a nationwide leader in providing Early Intervention services.

Founded by women committed to supporting children with disabilities, we are dedicated to advocating for change and increasing representation for individuals from diverse backgrounds in our industry.


Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Speech Therapy services and collaborate with family members and other professionals involved with the family
- Adhere to the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and create strategies to achieve each child's unique developmental objectives
- Guide family members and caregivers on various intervention techniques to promote active participation and continuity in both home and community environments
- Provide services in various settings, including homes, daycare facilities, and other community locations
- Ensure that progress is generalized and that caregivers are engaged participants in the intervention process through targeted goals, coaching sessions, and communication with the entire team
- Prepare progress documentation
- Uphold confidentiality regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations

Qualifications:
- Valid PA Speech Therapy (SLP) license
- Experience in Early Intervention or equivalent background
- Pediatric experience
- Preferred experience in Home-Based Service Delivery
- Strong Clinical and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
