About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at the New England Center for Children Inc. as a BCBA Program Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of clinical, educational, and training needs of a team of staff and students in the residential program.
  • Integrate coordinator functions to ensure consistent implementation and timely modification of programs resulting from the Individualized Education Program (IEP) to maximize student skill acquisition and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with leaders in the field to develop and implement effective behavior analytic services.
  • Provide staff training and supervision, ensuring the highest level of quality care for students.
  • Participate in research initiatives and present at conferences to advance the field of autism education and research.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis or Education with extensive practical training and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • BCBA and LABA certification required.
  • Experience in staff training and supervision, with the ability to move quickly and confidently in situations requiring intervention.
  • Successful completion of CALM training (non-violent self-defense).
