At Southern Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Psychiatric Technician to join our Emergency Unit team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care services, utilizing technical and manual skills to meet the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care.
  • Perform under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of EMTALA Regulations and triage process in the ER setting.


Qualifications:
  • Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
  • Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • IV certification upon hire; Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification preferred.
