Job Summary:

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for operating MRI scanners, assisting in the diagnosis of disease and injury, and ensuring the safety of patients, staff, and visitors. This is a travel position, and you will have the opportunity to work in various locations and gain new experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI scanners and related equipment
  • Assist in the diagnosis of disease and injury
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Position patients and coils on the MRI table
  • Inject contrast media as required
  • Set technical parameters and observe image data on computer monitors
Requirements:
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • Valid state radiology registration
  • Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology
