We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mitotec Precision Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers and new prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between our company and customers, communicating needs, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Set up, maintain, and work within customer portals to manage accounts, retrieve and pay invoices, track orders, access technical support, and documentation.
  • Respond to customer order delivery changes and alert Production and Sales teams as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns and discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Communicate with customers and coworkers effectively, using strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Enter RFQs, customer orders, and acknowledgments into our computer system.
  • Create and maintain customer and prospect files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support our Sales and Customer Service teams as needed, attending weekly meetings and providing feedback.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and exceptional email etiquette.
  • Excellent typing skills with 40 wpm and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to multitask and maintain a positive attitude while building relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Tremendous communication and problem-solving skills, with experience dealing with customers on the phone a plus.
  • Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
  • Prior ERP (Visual) and SmartViews experience a plus.
  • Ability to work in an office environment, with occasional extended hours.
