  • Develop and Implement Lesson Plans: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs of preschool children.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and regular communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other educators and administrators to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Experience Working with Infants/Young Toddlers: Previous experience working with infants and young toddlers in a licensed setting is essential.
  • Knowledge of Infant/Toddler Development: Strong knowledge of infant/toddler development and best practices is required.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Infant/Toddler CDA, college credit in ECE or ECE certificates are preferred.
