Collision Estimator

As a Collision Estimator at AutoNation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth repair process for our customers. Your excellent communication skills and empathetic nature will help you build strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, and parts associates.

• Greeting and Consulting: Greet customers, discuss repair options, and provide transparent estimates.
• Repair Needs Assessment: Determine repair needs based on customer information, vehicle walk-around, inspections, and test drives.
• Sales and Goal Achievement: Ask for the sale on all estimates and meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle.
• Administrative Tasks: Process transactions, ensure compliance with state and federal laws, and handle administrative processes in a timely fashion.

• Customer Experience: Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Goal-Oriented: Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on accuracy.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
