We are seeking a motivated Cardiac Ultrasound Specialist to help us achieve our objectives.

Job Summary and Qualifications

This role involves conducting all cardiac ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to M-Mode with calculations, two-dimensional procedures with all necessary views, and Doppler echocardiograms with comprehensive analysis of all data and color flow assessments. In addition to ultrasound studies, the specialist will perform other cardiac evaluations as required. If you meet these qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of experience performing echocardiograms, including M-Mode, 2D, color flow imaging, and Doppler, on adult patients.
  • Experience with pediatric echocardiograms is preferred.
  • Experience with transesophageal echocardiograms is preferred.
  • Certification from a recognized professional school in non-invasive cardiology is preferred.
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) credential from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
  • OR Registered Cardiovascular Sonographer (RCS) credential from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
  • OR be Registry eligible, with the requirement to obtain registry within one year of hire.
  • Knowledge of cardiac arrhythmias.
  • Understanding of cardiology, including normal and abnormal anatomy for both adult and pediatric patients, as well as normal and abnormal cardiac function and hemodynamics.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
