Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Golden Chick. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and a clean and safe environment
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and payroll
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements

To be successful as a Restaurant Manager at Golden Chick, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
