We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Key Responsibilities- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and patient observations.
- Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, ensuring accurate and efficient treatment.
- Develop deep relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education on kidney disease management.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and treatment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or state-approved equivalent) for experienced PCTs.
- BLS/CPR certification for experienced PCTs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
