Role Overview: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care and overseeing all departmental functions during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with management to direct and evaluate nursing care according to established protocols.
- Serving as a resource for staff and embodying the organization's mission and values.
