Key Responsibilities:
The 3rd Shift Process Technician serves as the technical authority in dry-offset printing for the designated work team.

Technical Development:
Oversees the frontline technical training of all assigned work teams. Offers guidance and skill enhancement to process technicians.


Re-establishing Workflow: Restores workflow by prioritizing and distributing team resources, utilizing defined support networks, and bringing the team back to established standards.


Project Management:
Organizes and integrates assigned projects into work team tasks.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

Implements the Plan, Do, Check, Act methodology to facilitate ongoing enhancements in outcomes through various tools, including A3, Storyboards, War Room, and SAPQ1/Q3.


Information Exchange:
Provides insights to new product development teams as needed; participates in job start-ups.

Customer Orientation:
Actively demonstrates that both external and internal customers are a top priority. Identifies customer needs and expectations, responding promptly and effectively. Qualifications:
Requirements

Work Schedule:
Must be willing to work from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM following a two-month training period on the first shift.

Relevant Experience:
At least five years of experience in troubleshooting manufacturing machinery and performing repairs/maintenance.

Leadership Skills:
Professional experience in leading teams of ten or more. Experience in a unionized environment is advantageous.

Computer Proficiency:
Capable of using computers and relevant software to fulfill job responsibilities.

Examples include:
Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Minitab.

Equipment Initiation: Assist in the initiation of new equipment with process support.

Fast-Paced Environment:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Quality Assurance:
Knowledgeable in developing and maintaining processes that comply with all internal and external quality and product safety standards.

Familiarity with safety management best practices.
