We are seeking a seasoned Catering Manager to join our team at Ouachita Baptist University. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily catering activities, including event planning, menu development, and food preparation.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of catering management experience, preferably in a high-volume campus dining setting or hotel environment. A strong understanding of catering software, such as CaterTrax or EMS, is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement catering menus, taking into account client preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Manage catering staff, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Coordinate catering events, including logistics and supply chain management.
  • Monitor catering sales and revenue, identifying opportunities to improve performance.
