The Guitar Specialist at Guitar Center provides maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments while supporting the store's inventory needs. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship. You will also be responsible for interacting with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience, and completing warranty repair work.

• Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
• Maintain store-owned gear, as requested
• Complete warranty repair work
