Job Summary:

Vinfen Corporation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Counselor to provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to residents, promoting independence and self-advocacy
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as medication management and personal care

Requirements:
