Aquatic Educator Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aquatic Educator to join our team as a Swim Instructor at SafeSplash.

About the Role

As an Aquatic Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels. You will create a fun and engaging learning environment that fosters confidence and water safety skills in our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach swim lessons in accordance with SafeSplash's curriculum and teaching methods
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students and parents
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard
  • Certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid
  • Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings

  • A competitive salary range of $13.00-$17.00 per hour
