About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Villagio Hospitality Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance, to ensure the longevity of our facilities.
  • Work closely with our restaurant managers and team members to identify and address any maintenance issues that may impact our service.
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve our facilities and services, and implement solutions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that our facilities are always clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Valid Virginia driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle or golf cart.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

  • Crouch, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Schedule Requirements

This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, with some Saturday work required to support venue events.
