Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize the nursing process to independently assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Conduct focused interviews to determine specific patient needs.
• Monitor and assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Must be licensed in the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate required.
• Must have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification is necessary.
• One year of prior nursing experience is preferred.
