Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities
  • Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Colorado
  • At least one year of experience as an OT in Home Health
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations
What We Offer

Optimal Home Care offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000 per year, as well as a $10,000 sign-on bonus. We are committed to providing our employees with the support and resources they need to provide the highest quality patient care.
