Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety and Quality: Conduct regular safety walks and ensure all team members are following proper safety protocols.
  • Service Operations: Lead and coordinate service activities, including repairs, modifications, and maintenance of our modular buildings.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of equipment, tools, and materials required for daily service tasks.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all service-related tasks are completed to a high standard, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to team members, provide guidance and support, and promote a culture of safety and quality.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in modular building repair or maintenance.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently, and knowledge of computers and software applications.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as OSHA or EPA, is a plus.
