Position Overview

This role is responsible for leading the business operations of 2-4 in-center studios, including managing teams of performers and coaches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of finding, retaining, and developing top talent, managing department goals and budgets, and delivering high-quality programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to direct reports, focusing on performance improvement and career growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business goals and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with members, team members, and direct reports, fostering a sense of community and belonging
  • Optimize studio schedules and class offerings to meet business needs and member demands
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage budgets and deliver on business goals, including target participation expectations, schedule optimization, and performance metrics
  • Teach classes to assess and modify Life Time's offerings, observe industry updates, and deliver department results
Requirements
  • National Group Fitness and/or Yoga Certification
  • Fitness and Nutrition Certification
  • 2 or more years of leadership or managerial experience
  • Proven successful collaboration with team members
  • Proven background in building high-performing teams, with the ability to mentor and cultivate career paths
  • Familiarity with managing budgets and staff, as well as offering schedules
Compensation

This is a salaried position starting at $56,400.00 and paying up to $67,700.00, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, this role is eligible for bonuses based on performance metrics.
