Job Overview
A dynamic and experienced Worship Leader is sought for a full-time or part-time position at Freedom House Church International. As a key member of our worship team, you will lead rehearsals, plan and organize Sunday worship services, and work with the media/tech/production team to design spirit-filled worship experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong relationship with Christ, be talented vocally, and possess leadership qualities in leading worship and building teams.

**Job Description:**
* Lead rehearsals twice a week, plan, organize, and spiritually lead Sunday 10am worship/healing service and Thursday 7pm Bible Study and prayer meeting.
* Recruit and train gifted and talented volunteers to join the worship team.
* Work with the Pastor, media/tech/production team to design spirit-filled worship services every week.
* Discover new talents from other parts of the city for the growth of the worship team.
* Provide ongoing training for up-and-coming team members, with an emphasis on worshiping God in truth and in the Spirit.
* Effective planning, training and organize worship practices to meet expectation.
* Able to sing 90% contemporary music and 10% Gospel. We use multitrack for most of other songs.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
