Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Supervise and direct nursing assistants in their daily activities, ensuring that they are providing high-quality care to residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, including adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medication administration, treatments, and progress notes.
