About the Role

This is a critical position within our Core Systems Engineering Team, responsible for the development of systems that meet customer requirements through the application of systems engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Apply systems engineering processes to develop systems that meet customer requirements
  • Perform system requirements analysis and decomposition
  • Manage requirements verification and validation
  • Support major system design reviews
  • Collaborate with product teams across disciplines and domains

This position requires a strong understanding of systems engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineer, or Mathematics (STEM) field or related technical field
  • 12 years of experience in STEM field or related technical field, or Master's degree with 10 years of experience, or PhD with 7 years of experience
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • A current/active DoD Secret Clearance

Candidates with advanced degrees, technical expertise in RF Sensors, or experience with model-based systems engineering methodologies are preferred.
