Job Summary

Crown Equipment is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to drive end-user adoption of our InfoLink products. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in helping customers develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures. Your responsibility will include preparing internal and external customers for a successful implementation by planning, training, and managing support service processes. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare internal and external customers for a successful implementation by planning, training, and managing support service processes.

• Develop and support the retail network to provide web-user and operator trainer training.

• Deliver, develop, and support the retail network with conducting business reviews and consulting with end users on sustaining use and improvement processes.

• Analyze Crown InfoLink data and make recommendations on action steps.

• Participate in sales calls and demos to the extent that it relates to the after-sale support.

• Quote, sell, and provide Crown InfoLink support services.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience.

• Must have valid driving privileges.

• Extensive travel and overnight stays (over 20%).

• Associate degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Advanced computer skills or aptitude, interpersonal skills, and customer support field experience in the lift truck industry are desired.

Work Authorization

Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits

Crown offers an excellent wage and benefits package for full-time employees, including a Health/Dental/Vision/Prescription Drug plan, Flexible Spending, and 401k.
