We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Assistant to join our team at Chateau of Batesville, a premier retirement community in Batesville, Indiana. As a Dietary Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and service to our senior residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete dishwashing tasks and schedules for efficient dining service operations
  • Maintain standards for dining services to include efficient meal service delivery, customer service, and cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen
  • Assure serving meals to residents within scheduled time frames
  • Report problems, concerns, and issues observed with food service and communicate them appropriately
  • Observe changes in resident status, needs, or preferences and communicate them appropriately
