As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will be responsible for providing strategic communications support to organizational leaders, members, and stakeholders for an intelligence community agency at the unclassified and classified levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide corporate communications to organizational leaders, members, and stakeholders, including generating briefings, talking points, and key messages.
  • Assist with the writing of articles, development of newsletters, and crafting messages for the workforce.
  • Use communication knowledge to provide recommendations to senior leaders and assist with the development of strategic communication plans.
  • Coordinate closely with graphic designers and other experts to develop products for publication.
  • Maintain and update internal website content, as needed.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a strategic communications or corporate communications role.
  • Experience with assessing communication metrics and data to help senior leaders make decisions.
  • Experience with producing and publishing publications, such as newsletters or annual reports.
  • Experience with presenting oral and written communications to a diverse audience.
  • Experience with developing internal communication products, including newsletters and articles.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in a strategic communication role in lieu of degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud or other design application to create visually appealing products.
  • Experience with working in the intelligence community or DoD.
